WFRO Contest Rules
WFRO conducts contests regularly and here are the basic contest rules:
- Must be 18 or older
- Ohio resident of Sandusky, Erie, Ottawa, Seneca, Huron, Wood, Lucas, and Hancock counties only
- No purchase is necessary to enter
- The number of entrees per person is limited to three
- No cash or prize substitution is allowed
- One prize per family, per person, per month
- Winners will be notified by telephone, email or text message.
- The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or a publicity/liability release
- All federal, state and local laws apply
- Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner
- The stations reserve the right to disqualify all entries of a participant who violates the Official Rules
